Peter Dunoon

Peter Dunoon is a fellow member of CPA Australia and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He is a registered tax agent and is the owner of the accounting practice Dunoon Financial (www.dunoonfinancial.com.au). Peter completed a bachelor of business at Deakin University in 1988 and a graduate diploma of applied corporate governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia in 2010. He has over 20 years experience in taxation and accounting ranging from small-medium enterprises to listed public companies on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Peter has an entrepreneurial focus and understands the importance of developing thorough strategies when dealing with business risk, compliance and continuity. He has spent a substantial period working in both industry and the accounting profession and understands the dynamics of being a procurer of advice and a provider of professional services. During his career he has gained in-depth knowledge of many industries including professional services, hospitality, retail, film production, mining, property and construction. Peter's experience also encompasses capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and company listings on the Australian Securities Exchange. Peter is passionate about business and in helping others achieve their goals.
